We accept returns or exchanges for damaged, incorrect, or missing items reported within 7 days of delivery.

While we carefully check and pack every order, we know things don’t always go as planned. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or missing, please contact us so we can make things right.

• gift cards
• samples
• sale items
• items that have been opened, used, and/or removed from its original packaging

If you received an incorrect item, please keep the item unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• a brief description of the issue
• photos of the item and the issue
• photos of the package and the shipping label

Once we’ve reviewed the details, we’ll get back to you with the next steps.
