Our standard pickup hours are 1:00pm-5:00pm, Monday-Friday.
You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, including all the details such as the pickup location, contact person, contact number, and important pickup notes.
Can I pickup my order before or after pickup hours?
Yes, possibly! Send us a message via our webshop chat and let us know your preferred time so we can check if we can accommodate.

How long will pickup take?
Orders confirmed as ready for pickup are already prepared and ready to go.
There may be a short wait while we verify your order, especially during busy periods, but we’ll do our best to make the process as quick and smooth as possible.
